1. What this service is

"THE INS Salon" is the official Meta App of THE INS HAIR SALON. It lets our team receive and reply to Instagram direct messages sent to our business account (@the_ins_hair_salon) for customer-service purposes: answering questions about services and prices, and helping with bookings.

2. Acceptable use

By messaging our Instagram business account you agree to: use the conversation for genuine customer-service inquiries; not send unlawful, harassing, or spam content. We may stop responding to conversations that violate these terms.

3. No guarantees on response time

We aim to reply during business hours (Tue–Sun, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CT), but response times are not guaranteed. For urgent matters, call (917) 385-5672.

4. Bookings and prices

Any appointment discussed over Instagram DM is confirmed only when our staff explicitly confirms the service, date, and time. Prices quoted in chat are starting prices and may vary by hair length and condition; the final price is confirmed in store.

5. Limitation of liability

This messaging service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE INS HAIR SALON is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by Meta's platform or connectivity issues.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will be revised and the new version posted at this URL.
